So who are BHIP? It’s a consortium of library and information services, including:

- Macmillan Cancer Information Services
- Bolton NHS Foundation Trust Library Services
- University of Bolton Library
- Bolton CVS (Council for Voluntary Services)
- Bolton College
- Bolton Public Health
